First test is dimensional stability test. We put 9 cubes to the printing table. Most printers have a light intensity difference from center to corner by 9%-30%. We achieve 9-16 micron standard deviation compared to 26+ micron in competitors.
We control our resins formulations' reaction speed with UV light exposure. With 7 mW/cm² light intensity, we achieve 0.8-1.1 sec exposure times. Print 300 layers (50 micron) in just 19 minutes with no color changes over time.
